Thank you for dining with HillCrestView. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy applies to all food items and beverages purchased through our hillcrestview.sbs or directly from our location at 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, WC2E 9HA, United Kingdom.
Returns
You have the right to request a refund or replacement if something is wrong with your order. If your meal or beverage did not meet our promised standards, was incorrect, or if you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If possible, return the item in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our food and drinks, we cannot accept returns after consumption or if considerable time has passed since your order was received.
Refunds
Once we receive your complaint and validate your request, we will inspect the issue and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We will also inform you if a replacement or alternative solution is more appropriate.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if applicable. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
